Due to the nature of our handmade candles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [info@guleumcandle.com]
with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the outer packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for items damaged during transit.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note:
• Minor variations in color, scent, or appearance are natural due to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
• Candles may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping, especially in summer months. We are not responsible for melting caused by heat exposure after shipment.
• We recommend retrieving your package promptly and avoiding leaving it outdoors or in direct sunlight.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders .
• If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, no refund will be issued for the product, shipping, or any associated fees. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.
All in-person event sales are final.
