CANDLE CARE GUIDE
Candle Care Guide
A little care makes your candle burn beautifully.
Simple steps for a cleaner burn, a longer-lasting candle, and a safer experience.
A Little Care, A Better Burn
To ensure the best experience and safe use, please follow these candle care tips. Caring for your candle helps create a clean, even burn and keeps your fragrance lasting longer.
Trim the Wick
Before each burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch (6 mm). This helps reduce smoke and soot.
Let It Melt Evenly
During the first burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire surface. This helps prevent tunneling.
Burn for 3–4 Hours
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Long burns can overheat the container and weaken the scent.
Keep Away from Airflow
Place your candle away from drafts, fans, vents, and open windows. Airflow can cause flickering and uneven burning.
Never Leave It Unattended
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish it before leaving the room.
Keep Away from Children, Pets, and Flammable Objects
Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from anything flammable.
Stop When 1 cm of Wax Remains
Stop using the candle when about 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom. The container may become extremely hot.
Extinguish Gently
Use a wick dipper or snuffer to extinguish the flame. Avoid blowing it out to reduce smoke and protect the scent.
