All of our candles are carefully handmade and packed with care.

 Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

 

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and Japan.

 

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, no refund will be issued for the product, shipping, or any associated fees. 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on location and the shipping carrier.

• Canada: 3–8 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Japan: 6–14 business days

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

 We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses.

 Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
